Tonight we made our annual trip through the Christmas lights. It was c-c-c-cold! Once again, it was fun to experience through Moli's eyes something that we have grown to take for granted. The Jacksons have made a science of the trip- we first buy our ticket for the train ride, go upstairs to buy our yearly family ornament, ride the train, roast marshmellows, ride the carousel, and go home. The science evenly distributes "cold" and "warm" activities. Nothing about the night was routine for Mei Mei, though. She loved every moment of the lights and the marshmallow bliss! Her middle name- "Claire- Noelle" means literally Clear Christmas. And how she helps us see clearly the beauty of the season!
